Glock Dagger - The Palmetto State Armory Dagger, also known as the PSA Dagger, was designed to compete in the compact handgun market against the Glock 19. This is clearly a clone of the Glock 19 Gen 3.
What makes the PSA Dagger different is that it comes with a price tag of $299. That price makes it very attractive considering that a Glock can be $500 more.

Well, that's why I'm going to do a full PSA Dagger review. I think it's important to start by saying that I bought this PSA, and even though we sometimes work with PSAs, I bought it outright, at MSRP.
First, the PSA Dagger comes in a cardboard box with foam cut out for the gun.
After opening it, you can remove the gun, remove the flag from the chamber, the cover holds all your manuals and other information. You can pull down the bottom and that's where you'll find your magazine and other Palmetto accessories, including your gun lock.
PSA did a good job on the box, introduction, presentation, everything is good. This is well done. It doesn't come in a plastic case, but if you're like me, you don't care much about plastic cases because you won't be using them.

I usually collect them somewhere in case I decide to sell the gun, which I don't do anymore.
My first thought when I grabbed the PSA Dagger was: is this a Glock or a Sig?
It's very interesting because it has a Glock frame, but I think what surprised me was the texture of the grip.
So when I grabbed it, I thought, man, this looks like a SIG. But the more I held it, the more I thought, OK, this gives you that Glock-textured SIG feel.

It's an interesting feeling for the gun, I really like it. So I like the $300 gun and the overall first impression.
Now, the overall quality and appearance is very similar to the Glock. There is a slight difference in slide cutting.
I think you will get a slightly different finish than you would with a Glock or others. It comes with a Magpul magazine. So there is no independent magazine and you can also run a standard Glock magazine.
You have a standard release system, you have a magazine release, this is done almost like a Gen 3 PSA light.

There is a bell in the middle of the grip, as the Gen 3s are known for. The slide has a unique design but does not have any Palmetto State Armory markings. It's just a clear, well-defined slide. I like it.
Now, the Palmetto State Armory has all the information on hand. The gun's serial number is in the same place as it would be on a Glock, and the sights are standard, three white dot sights without night vision.
In addition to not having the Palmetto State Armory markings on the slide, it has serrations on the front and back.
Overall, the gun is good, the slide reminds me a bit of the block of the SIG P320, but at the same time, it still feels like a Glock.
Fitment Issues With A Garbage Tier \
There are no rounded edges on the slide, it has more edges than GIS.
It definitely has the same texture as the SIG P320. It has the ergonomics, however, of the Glock Gen 3.
I love what Palmetto did with the texture of the grip. It has a small Palmetto State Armory logo in the lower right corner of the cuff on the left side and on the right side it would be in the lower left corner.
It is definitely attractive and it is very comfortable and porous allowing you to hold the gun well.

Creating your master hold is easy, and overall I think they did a great job with the hold.
The PSA dagger look is a little disappointing, but at $300, I'm not sure exactly what I was expecting.
I think I'm used to seeing guns coming in night sights. So when I found out that the PSA Dagger doesn't have night vision, I was a little surprised.
The good news is that you can change them for any Glock area, they haven't changed the design in years. So these are really mutable.

The only thing I would say I would have done, if it was in stock, is buy the red dot slider.
It was only $80 more, and I would have gone that route if it was an option at the time I ordered this gun.
Scopes are not, especially my favorite type of scopes. I have no spots on my back and only one spot in front of my eyes.
I haven't had any problems with these. I took her picture and let's start taking pictures for real. But as far as goals go, they're right, they're on it, there's no problem hitting.

Therefore, thoughts, again, are good, quiet, would like to see them as night thoughts. And then again, I think the price will go up.
The magazine in this gun is nothing to write home about, it's just a Magpul Glock 19 magazine. Nothing wrong with that.
There's only one of them, and again, you're buying a $300 gun. This is in the realm of Taurus and many other guns, but you're looking to buy a good Glock product for $300.
Now, if you own a Glock 19 and have carried a Glock 19 since the Gen 3 model came out, you have several Glock magazines that fit it.

So I'm good at journalism. I have had no problems with the Magpul magazine and so far it has worked well.
As I said in the vision section, this is something I think everyone should know.
I think you should definitely consider getting the optical-ready version. The world of guns can turn red. I don't blame them, it's fine.
If you haven't tried it, you might not like it at first, I don't. But try it, because it is really a good way to shoot.
Psa Dagger Holster Compatibility
Once you get used to it, your accuracy will increase tenfold, and I don't think you should go without a buildable optic gun.
That said, get the PSA Cutting Blade factory, for another 80 bucks. You won't be able to save money by doing it elsewhere.
Even some of the cheapest razors I know charge at least $100 for a razor. So don't try to save money here. PSA has done that for you. Go ahead and grab the RMR cut slide.
So let's talk about the meat and potatoes of each weapon, and those are controls. The control on this gun is another, that of Glock Gen 3.

You have your magazine release, you have your drop in the middle of the slide where you can pull the gun out and take it apart.
You also have a slide and magazine release and that's the basics of the gun. You also have your motivations. So let's dive in, starting with the beginning of the magazine.
The magazine release on this gun is very high. It is very easy to depress and has the same texture as the Glock Generation 3.
The opening of the grip has a cutout for it where your fingers can slide out. Nothing special, it works.

It makes the magazine clear, for what you can expect from this gun, due to the fact that the frame is based on Glock.
However, they are not like Glock Gen 5. Therefore, this is only on the left side of the gun.
I like the ambidextrous nature of the slide release as it makes it easier to pull the slide release down.
There's nothing you can really hold your finger on. It's as basic as you can get, but it works.

No problem with that, you can block the magazine easily. You can keep it free, easy.
It works well, but be aware that it is a stock part of a $300 gun. It will not blow you away.
The PSA Dagger trigger was the only part of this gun that really blew me away.
Everything else is in line with what I would expect from a $300 gun. In fact, the trigger is awesome.
